So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! It is simple to assemble. It took less than 5 minutes to put together. It also includes the anchoring hardware or ground mounting hardware. I just add the concrete for stability.
