The chair’s frame is extremely sturdy and durable that it can support up to 350 lbs. while the caps on the end of the legs keep the chair in place. I find this chair useful to have for in home healthcare needs where the arm needs to be easily accessible such as drawing blood and checking blood pressure in the privacy of ones home. The chair is fairly easy to put together by putting the frame together but also bolting the seat cushion and back cushion on before fully tightening all bolts which are provided along with two different sized hexed keys which the large key works for the both the long and the medium sized bolts and the smaller hex key only fits the four smaller bolts. I was disappointed that the chair didn’t come with instructions as I would’ve found it more helpful and time saving to know which bolts to place in the various pre drilled hole locations rather than trial and error. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. (If I find issues with it, I will come back and adjust the review. ++ The chair is very sturdy -- the square legs give the chair much better support that then typical round cylinder legs of other chairs. ++ This chair lays back farther than other zero gravity chairs I've had. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer. Ive been looking for an alternative to the standard desk chair since I work a desk job only to come home and do homework at my desk. While this chair isnt perfect, it is by far the best option Ive found. The angles are a bit off, 8 hours in this chair would be unthinkable, adjusting the chair while sitting on it is absolutely terrifying, and my back will probably never even touch the backrest, but I am happy with it.
