The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. Im genuinely surprised at the quality of this couch! It didnt have a lot of reviews so I took a shot. I have an extremely small space so had to have a sectional, floor vents in an old house so had to be raised, and cats and dogs so had to have removable cushion covers to wash. This left me pretty narrow on options but this couch works with all my criteria. The white is also a nice beige so it doesnt look sterile and I dont have to worry about obvious animal hair between vacuuming. Everyone who has seen it says it looks nice and both my bf and I find it very comfortable compared to my last loveseat with foam cushions. Were both tall and can stretch out on each portion of the couch. Its also fairly deep so I can nap on it without feeling like Im falling off. For the price Id say its worth it. Only complaint is it did feel cheap unboxing (couch comes in 3 boxes that may not be delivered at the same time) and one of the back sectionals is a little misaligned with the other backings. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. Assembly was straightforward, but it still took about an hour and a half to complete. The seating surface feels semi‑firm due to the internal spring structure. Adding an extra inch or two of high‑density cold foam would have noticeably improved softness and overall comfort. The edges of the each sofa modules include pre‑drilled holes with metal fixtures that lock the sections together securely and prevent separation. This is a useful design choice however, applying the same connection system to the ottomans would have made alternative sectional layouts much more stable and practical. Overall, the build quality is solid, but if you prefer a sofa you can sink into for extra comfort—especially for lounging or watching TV—this model may not be the best fit.. Ryan. New Jersey.
