For size reference, it fits an adult or older child comfortably—my son was nearly 6' tall in the earlier photos and used it without an issue. The aesthetic is clean and modern, fitting in well with most decor. Pro-Tip for Hardwood Floors: The only minor issue I had was some slight scratching on my wood floors. I solved this easily by adding some $6 clear 'sock-style' boots with felt bottoms. It now slides perfectly and hasn't left a mark since! As a testament to the durability—even though my younger kids eventually used the seat as a coloring book (see the last photo!), the chair itself remains as sturdy as the day we bought it. I really love these chairs, great low profile without losing back support. Slight bounce to it if you care to buy sturdy enough you shouldnt if you arent trying. I also find these cushions to be more than adequate for sitting long periods of time. So far so good, just that the back doesnt give with time but it doesnt seem like it and were on the thicker side.
