Arrives in four boxes. Mine arrived next day. Everything is packaged nicely. I had two pieces of bent metal for the side of the roof that I just bent back with vice grips. The instructions are fairly straightforward, mostly just pictures, however. Several times I had to read forward few steps to see which way something was supposed to face or be assembled. They definitely could be better. The roof panels are probably the most time consuming portion. You have to make sure the panels are lined exactly up on the front of the wood in the back or they will not fit properly at all. Definitely need to take your time and make sure that's done perfectly. Same with the metal pieces that go around the edge of the metal roofing. The stain on the wood is fairly thin. I was only given four anchors to drill into concrete. I ended up buying more. EDIT: We received a large amount of heavy snow and ice and before I was able to clear it off the roof it did cause two of the roof supports to crack. I contacted the company and thought NO WAY anyone get back to me. They did! several times. No issues, Once they confirmed what I needed they sent me one the boxes that contained those parts arrived two days later. Great communication, stood behind their product.. Gary. Whiting, NJ. This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Getting the sides to slide into the slots properly required a rubber mallet. Finished product holds my self-propelled snow blower and my Snow Joe battery operated snow blower with extra room.. Terry. Very well made and not to difficult to build. Did it in one afternoon. There was one leg bracket missed on the instructions which caused me to miss adding a part. Built by myself (a woman) in less than 6 hours while also caring for my toddler and puppy. Only one thing left to go that will require two people. The nuts and bolts that will help hold the side sheets together needs one person on the inside and one on the outside. The screws are incredibly short and don’t hold themselves well at the start of the project so they strip the holes easily. Instructions don’t have words so it’s easy to put a piece on backwards and have to go back and redo it several times. All in all, I would purchase again. You can’t expect perfection at this price.. I love this thing. I got a whiff of the fresh cedar as I opened the box. It nearly knicked my socks off. The top opens and closes to smoothly. I put it together by myself.
