Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. We love our new outdoor kitchen! Looks like the pictures. With a little tweaking of the castors we were able to get them all lined up perfect. We bought the griddle to go inside of the grill and I cook everything on it! We also bought the matching Pizza oven and it made my outdoor kitchen complete. It’s heavy but I’m a 57 year old woman and I can move it around . But I would pay the extra to have them put it where you want it upon delivery. For sure! Refrigerator works great.
