This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026
