A beautiful chair… the wood is much lighter than the picture. The top gold design looks cheap…I am going to find a way to darken the edges of the design. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase!. Deborah. The Villages, FL. Wed Feb 04 2026

These chairs are very high quality and sturdy. It’s difficult to find office chairs that the seat height is at least 20” and these fit the bill. There is a slight degree difference in the pitch of the seat front and slightly lower at the rear which is perfect for comfort, posture and keeping the seat at my preferred height. The only complaint are the directions for putting together the round base - there is a correct side - make sure you insert the hydraulic mechanism first to figure out the top and bottom before installing the wood covers. Directions should delineate the difference.. Karen. US. Sat Dec 06 2025

I got the Genuine Leather Executive Chair for my home office. Overall, it looks very fancy, contemporary, and sturdy. But there are some flaws: the swivel base came scratched, and some chrome parts were already peeled. Also, the adjustment buttons could have a better finish. For an almost $1,000 chair, these things shouldn't happen. However, the leather feels amazing and appears to have great quality. The colors are great, and the back of the chair is also very cool. The chair looks like a luxury car seat! The assembly is a little tricky; we spent a couple of minutes trying to figure out the best position to put the back together.. Giovana. Macomb, MI. Beautiful and oh-so-comfortable office chair. This was a treat to myself -- an upgrade from the basic task chair I'd put up with for years for no good reason. Very happy with the quality and ease of assembly. There were a few washers missing, so I had to raid the workbench in the garage, but that's a fairly minor complaint. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again..
