Just what we needed for our new 12’ x 12’ cantilever umbrella to be able to move it around. Very big and sturdy base that supports the umbrella well. The only issue my husband was worried about was the fact smaller rocks could easily fall out through the large hole screen it comes with in the bottom of the squares. He bought some chicken wire to put over the larger wire in it and now rocks can’t fall through. Easy assembly!. Brenda. TX. Mon Jun 15 2026

Arlmont&Co is another name for Purple Leaf so when you receive the umbrella and it says Purple Leaf on the box and umbrella, don't think you received the wrong umbrella. Packed ok. Make sure to take out all foam packing material within the umbrella before opening up the umbrella once assembled to a base. I also purchase the Baird Metal in ground base as I did not want a huge base taking up space on my patio. This worked perfectly for me. After 300 lbs of concrete and 150 lbs of compacted soil the base is nuclear proof. The umbrella material is acceptable to me for the price. It isnt sunbrella material, that would cost a bit more and maybe I purchase one with that in the future, since the base supports about 25 different models of umbrella. One of the metal connecting rods was a little bent but nothing to compromise its integrity. I have a pretty windy back yard and this umbrella has withstood the wind thus far. It comes with a cover which is nice to use so the umbrella doesnt fade as fast if not in use. The tilt transition handle is a smooth operation and the 360 rotation works well also. Overall I would recommend it.. John. Mount Laurel, NJ. Thu May 27 2021

This cantilever umbrella brings a large area of refreshing shade to your outdoor space, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation. The offset pole design ensures the frame stands clear of your seating setup, allowing for open movement underneath. Crafted with a lightweight aluminum frame, it features a weather-resistant polyester canopy that blocks sun rays while handling the elements. A smooth crank lift mechanism makes it simple to open or close the cover with minimal effort. Plus, the integrated mechanism allows for seamless adjustments to block shifting sunlight throughout the day.

This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . That definitely adds quite a bit to the expense.. Suzanne. Los Ángeles. Fri Jul 10 2026

Love this big monstrosity of a cantilever umbrella - we haven’t had a chance to use it yet and it’s in little cover - but so far so good - it was a bit difficult to put together and you definitely need two people men preferably, lots of sand bags and water -but in the end I am sure you’ll be happy with it.
