My sectional was delivered in several packages, on different days, which was a slight inconvenience due to my work schedule. FedEx did not bring the packages to my apartment door, so I had to lug everything to the 3rd floor myself. I was in total shock when one of my packages was left outside of my apartment building (thankfully it was not stolen). The furniture is very firm and sturdy, which means it’ll last longer over time. Beautiful sofa. It sits a little stiff right now-I hope it’s due to being well built. After acclimating to my room perhaps the firmness will relax a little. The leather is soft and supple.
