These pillows are AMAZING! They fluffed up very nicely after being vacuum sealed. The firmness is about a medium. Theyre fluffy but have some structure to them. Nice quilted pillows. The cover is soft. They are fluffy and do provide support. They are more between soft and medium firmness. Love they are grey goosed feathered.
