I love that it's a large 7 quart size because when I use a slow cooker I love to make extras so that I have leftovers. I recently cooked a pot roast in it and was able to throw in lots of carrots and potatoes because of its roomy size. This model has a unique feature of a locking lid and it's great for traveling so that nothing spills while it's in the back of your car. The lid is really nice quality and has a rubber ring around it so you can get a nice seal while cooking. It's easy to program and start in the morning so you have dinner ready later that evening. I love this pressure cooker! I was looking for something that would make me feel more comfortable using a pressure cooker and I love the feature that directs the steam away from me when I vent the pressure after it is finished cooking! I also really like the wide pot as it makes it easy to stir and serve from. The controls are super simple and intuitive and this was a lot less intimidating to use than I was anticipating. This pressure cooker has all the bells and whistles that I would have expected from a pressure cooker and so far everything I've made in it has turned out perfect and it's super easy to clean as well! There are so many amazing recipes online so I don't think I'll have any problems finding fun dishes to try.
