CHEAP ALL THE WAY AROUND, INCLUDING THE HARDWARE PROVIDED. EVERYTHING IS SUPPOSED TO BE PREDRILLED OR MARKED ON WOOD. HOWEVER, DOWEL HOLES DRILLED ON WRONG SIDE AND TOO DEEP. WHEN DOWEL WAS INSERTED WENT RIGHT THROUGH THE WOOD, CRACKED WOOD, CRACKED ROOFING. ALSO, I NOTICE ON THE HORIZONTAL WOOD PIECES IT APPEARS DOWELS HOLES WERE DRILLED BUT ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS, NOTING IS MENTIONED ABOUT INSERTING DOWELS IN THESE HOLES WHICH WOULD GIVE MORE SUPPORT. I JUST HOPE IT'LL SURVIVE THE WINTER. NOT SURE IF THE ROOF COULD HANDLE THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW. UGH. I WOULD UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT I CAN'T DO IT RIGHT NOW. MAYBE WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME. Jan. Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026

Nice looking and sturdy gazebo. Took me about 7 hours with no help, but 2 ladders came in handy. Wood seems soft and marks or dents easy. A couple of bolt holes were offset and in one of the front black from cross brackets, there was no hole at all. Otherwise, we love it overall.. Art. Oceanside, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Love this product! Didn’t give it a 5 because a piece was missing. We did eventually get it but was a bit of a headache. Also I feel because we self built it I notice the little things about it more then if we would have paid someone to build it. Did take 2 people and a number of days to build due to our schedule but overall wasn’t too complicated if you want to build it yourself. Love the lights and that you can open and close it.. Lindsay. Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026
