CHEAP ALL THE WAY AROUND, INCLUDING THE HARDWARE PROVIDED. EVERYTHING IS SUPPOSED TO BE PREDRILLED OR MARKED ON WOOD. HOWEVER, DOWEL HOLES DRILLED ON WRONG SIDE AND TOO DEEP. WHEN DOWEL WAS INSERTED WENT RIGHT THROUGH THE WOOD, CRACKED WOOD, CRACKED ROOFING. ALSO, I NOTICE ON THE HORIZONTAL WOOD PIECES IT APPEARS DOWELS HOLES WERE DRILLED BUT ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS, NOTING IS MENTIONED ABOUT INSERTING DOWELS IN THESE HOLES WHICH WOULD GIVE MORE SUPPORT. I JUST HOPE IT'LL SURVIVE THE WINTER. NOT SURE IF THE ROOF COULD HANDLE THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW. UGH. I WOULD UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT I CAN'T DO IT RIGHT NOW. MAYBE WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME. Jan. This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. Photos shared are in progress, not complete. Overall this seems to be a great gazebo that should last a good amount of years and provide shelter from the elements, shade and a great outdoor living space for my family. The package came in 6 large boxes and we decided to tackle installation ourselves. As a working family, it took us 2 full weekends to complete the install. It was NOT easy, however, the kit came with every single correct part, cut to the right size, with plenty of hardware..but man was it tough in a few places! Mostly tedious, but definitely challenging for two healthy adults. Beyond the tediousness of assembly, the worst part about the entire experience was the shrink wrapped plastic coating that was applied to each metal roof panel. Why in the world was this done! We had to peel each individual metal sheet to remove the shrink wrapped layer that the Colorado sun would bake and flake off in less than a season and this added hours of unexpected assembly time and was an infuriating process! Otherwise my only feedback or warning is that the instruction manual has no written instructions, only pictures and symbols to work you through 18 steps with hundreds of parts. That made it challenging in a few places. Otherwise a heads up that you’ll be putting the entire thing together with an Allen wrench but I’d recommend having a drill with a hex bit and a socket wrench. A ladder is a must. Would recommend as a nice back yard gazebo, but with knowledge that it likely won’t last forever. Overall happy with our purchase!. Bria. CO. Mon Oct 12 2026

Shipping was fast and everything seems well packed. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check your local permitting requirements before ordering. I live about 1,000ft from a bay that connects to the Gulf. Our area requires 150mph wind rating. This only has a 35mph wind rating. Honestly, I’m not sure of any place that never gets wind over 35mph. If your area allows you to build under a certain square footage without pulling a permit, you may be able to bypass the wind rating.. C. R.. FL. Tue Apr 01 2025
