We’ve had this for a year now and absolutely love it! We built our house last summer with twin 6 month olds and a 2 year old. At the time I didn’t want to risks of another fireplace. Then came time to decorate for the holidays. I knew I needed a fireplace. So as any wife would do, I made my husband build one. We went with this and could not be happier! The flame effect is perfect and the heat output is solid!. Samantha. Sat Sep 05 2026

We love the look and its heat. Installation was easy. We do find we have a burned off propane smell, but we solved this by having an air purifier next to it, makes us feel its safer that way. The propane industry may tell us all its safe to breathe those off gases, but like now known re natural gas, its better to not have those, so I would always suggest a good gas removing air purifier in the room, just my opinion.. We have never had an electric fireplace before and are SO pleased with this one. We use it for aesthetics and not heat in a new build and are blown away by how NOT cheesy it looks.
