10x20 pergola..comes in 4 boxes and ecah box 177lbs. Use doly to pit in back yard..opem the 1st and 2nd boxes...start with those make the base then open boxes 3 and 4 and put plastic end caps on metal ceiling shutters. Make sure you are putting them the correct way or else you will work twice. They should all face the same way and side just like the 1st and 2nd ones thst are controlled with the arm. Level your pergola and tape around the base foot, before you add the ceiling panels. Looks at alot of videos and put some moving blankets on floor to put panels on. You need 3 people minimum to lift the base together to insert the sides together. Seems sturdy and opens and closes nicely...looks great...adds shade and character to the yard.. Francisca. US. Good customer service, but delivery took a while We ordered this pergola in July, and it was supposed to arrive in six packages. A couple appeared to get lost in transit and had to be resent, and we were still missing a few pieces once the boxes arrived. I believe we received the final package in September. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and they sent the missing items fairly quickly once we contacted them. My husband and I assembled it in roughly five hours. A third person would have made a few steps easier, but we managed just fine with the two of us. Overall, it meets our needs and provides some shelter for our outdoor seating area. The delivery process had some hiccups, but customer service handled them well, and the finished pergola does the job.. Ann. Louisville, KY. Sun Oct 11 2026

Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026

A modern outdoor pergola with a special and handcrafted design featuring smooth curves and clean lines while concealing any fixings. This ideal addition to your outdoor space will captivate your senses with a sleek appearance.

We love our 15x13 louvered pergola. Looks really nice and expensive and feels solid. It took an experienced crew of 2 about 3 hours to install but I know ot would've taken me and a friend at least 6-8 hours as it'll take longer to read the instructions and plan the steps etc. whereas the experienced pergola installers went right into it. The louvers work well and are the best thing abiut this compared to our previous gazebo. You can bring in as much light as you want while controlling direct sunlight, but make sure you decide which way they should open (by rotating the whole pergola) as that dictate if you can control direct sunlight. The lights are solar with 1 smallish panel but they lasted more than 4 hours on the couple of occasions we used them, and likely would've lasted longer if we needed then. You can control brightness (3 levels) and color (warm to cool). They're bright enough but I would've preferred brighter.. Anonymous. Kennesaw, GA. Tue Jun 16 2026
