This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. Directions are just pictures, so there are a few things I had to go back and fix cus the directions didn’t explain one part should happen first when screwing in pieces in each step. All and all, this is a nice swing. Difficult to assemble because the instructions are hard to understand. It takes three people to assemble the canopy. One of the polls broke off the end as we were trying to slide the fabric on. Suggestion: tape the canopy rods together where they meet.
