I’ve ordered 3 of these and assembled 2 so far. The structure, design, style are top-notch. I assembled them indoors and within 5 minutes of rolling them outdoors had three neighbors complimenting me on them. The bases need weight in them, which is their intention. But without the weight they can be tippy with the wind. Unfortunately one of the two that I’ve unpackaged so far arrived with a few significant scratches. I dropped a star solely for that reason. Otherwise these are exactly what I was hoping for. When it comes to assembling, I never recommend this, but you’re probably better off skipping the instructions and just looking it over and going with logic. When I assembled the first one I puzzled over the confusing directions and ended with having to put wheels on the bottom of a giant structure. When I just went with my instincts for the second one, I installed the wheels once the planter box portion was completed (before adding the wall) and it was far easier to do.. Midwest Gal. The biggest problem is that I think the reddish brown color just does not exist. I got what looks like the brown color. The boxes say reddish brown, but that is clearly not what they are. We bought three of these to create some privacy from our neighbors at an awkward angle near our fence. They’re very pretty and do a great job of creating some privacy without being too harsh. Assembly wasn’t complicated, but it was tedious and a bit frustrating. You need to screw multiple nuts into bolts in very tight spaces and the parts are not machined well, so they don’t fit easily. Also, the tools they provide are nearly useless. After assembling the third one, my fingers were like raw hamburger. I recommend investing in a ratchet tool if you’re purchasing multiple screens. As others have said, they’re sturdy but aren’t going to sustain any significant wind. We installed them in soft ground with the included stakes but we will need to reinforce them as they’ll quickly lean. The flower design creates sharp edges that poke out and can easily hurt you. If you don’t read anything else, just read this: use a 10 mm nut driver to put this together or you’ll surely go insane. The little “wrench” that it comes with will NOT do the job. Ok… this privacy screen is super easy to assemble it is just tedious because of all the nuts and screws. I have a small deck that needed a little privacy and this worked great. I couldn’t put them side by side the way they are supposed to be but I knew that before I ordered it. The position of the deck post was just a bit off and the foot of the screen couldn’t fit underneath. I just over lapped them a bit and used zip ties to keep them together. I also used the zip ties to attach it to the top rail of the deck. Decorated it a bit with some silk ivy and it gave me just what I needed. It comes with heavy duty anchors if you’re putting this on the grass but I am not sure how well it would withstand strong winds. It is very heavy and you probably need 2 people to lift each screen when assembled. I assembled it by myself and it took about an hour. Well worth the purchase for my purpose. Great privacy trellis to hide winery equipment on a patio. Assembly took about 45 minutes. Product is supposed to coated for weather, so time will tell if it rusts.
