Great little fence panel set! I am using it to fence off sections of my lawn that need reseeding. Very easy to set up right out of the box, even for a mechanically challenged middle-aged lady like me. Just line up the holes in the panels, place the metal stake through the holes and use a rubber mallet to get them into the ground. My Labs and German Pinscher have shown some interest in digging under this little fence but have not knocked it over or breached it in any way. It's attractive in the green color. Buying another one so I can rejuvenate the lawn faster!. Genevieve. Hood River, OR. Tue Sep 15 2026

This is Lupita, an escape artist disguised as a spunky mini schnauzer. She had managed to wedge her way out of any tiny gap in our fence. Long story short, we ended up replacing an entire back fence to keep her in our yard....which didn’t work! She managed to wedge through the new fence. Our fence was lined with rocks and stones in an attempt to keep her in but she still dug around them UNTIL...my husband found this!!!! I hammered them in to all of the areas she was wedging through and she has not gotten out of our yard since! Simply amazing! I would definitely recommend it. We had a lot of barriers left over, but will be using them on other yards where she spends time, like my in-laws yard. They are barely visible so the yard looks nice...all rocks and stone are now gone!. Lissett. Benbrook, TX. Thu Nov 19 2020

My toolshed has space underneath where my dog can crawl under. These animal barrier fence pieces did the job...he can't dig through them. Also, waited until after it rained to put them in the ground...much easier that way. Also tacked top with a screw to keep them from bending over. By the way, my dog is an 85 lb 15 month old black labrodor retriever...very strong. Billy. Cleveland, TN. Thu Sep 10 2026

Dalen Plastic Barrier Garden Fencing is a 3 ft. x 50 ft. roll of lightweight, weather-resistant plastic mesh designed as a temporary or seasonal garden barrier. Use it to keep dogs, rabbits, and small animals out of garden beds, define landscaping borders, or protect new plantings — then roll it up and reuse it season after season. The recyclable, heat-resistant material holds its shape in sun and cold and installs in minutes with garden stakes — no special tools required.

I have extremely hungry deer who are not picky unfortunately! The only truly effective measure is to wrap my precious trees and plants! Thank God there are some they dislike! I am not always home to sprinkle powder or spray deer repellent which are both effective. I bought ultrasonic lights were effective at first then the deer ignored them. The skunks did not appreciate my efforts though so I had to stop using! I avoided mesh because obvious reasons but it's the only sure proof method for me. This is the second type of mesh I've used. The first was more nylon type material and was a bit challenging to work with but super flexible. I wanted this type again but was unavailable so I went with a different one. This second mesh is stiffer and more of a wire consistency but cuts easily with scissors. I would say it is more for use with stakes. The major problem I had was wrapping things too tightly so be aware it's so easy to do and then it must be loosened. Also, the first nylon mesh catches on itself so unwrapping and rewrapping is almost impossible!. Jeanie. Cambridge, OH. Sat Jun 27 2026

Great investment in protecting my flock of ducks from nocturnal predators. I installed the XL Animal Barrier around my walk-in duck cage about 1 year ago. So far theres been no successful nocturnal predator intrusions. Very heavy duty and I was able to push the long tines through my hardware cloth ground barrier (apron). Definitely a good investment.. Easy to put together, but I think it wouldve been better with two people. I propped one side up against my stools so that I could put the zip ties on. But other than that, it was easy peasy. Chickens love it.. Whanda. Tue Sep 15 2026

Tired of seeing your hard work destroyed by rabbits, deer, or other critters? Look no further! Our durable, effective, and easy-to-install fence will keep these nuisances at bay, allowing your garden to flourish.

Solid and durable. It handled repeated hard blows from the included mallet and a wood block without any problems. I cut a few sections with an angle grinder to fit my needs, though a hacksaw would also work. The zip ties feel a little flimsy, but aside from that, I’m very satisfied.. Fbatula. New Jersey. We have moved into a new-to-us home with vinyl fencing surrounding the back yard.  There are some places where the bottom of the fence is higher than the ground. Because we would like to have a dog, those areas need to be secure from digging. We had wondered how to make that happen in the best way, and when I saw these I knew that they would be perfect for that particular project! Once installed, we can bring the dirt up to the level of the fence bottom. Because temperatures have been in the 90-100 degree range and we are older folks, my hubby has not yet been able to start on the installation project. It will happen when things cool down which, in Southern California, may be awhile yet! I can post more pictures to show how we used these barriers once they have been put into place.. Jani. Glendora Ca. Mon Sep 07 2026

Not sure these would work for a big dog, or that they'll hold up long term, but we now have a small fenced area outside so my small dog can run around off leash for a reasonable price, and they held strong all summer.. Carrie. Olympia, WA. Tue Sep 22 2026
