Before I say anything about this fan let me tell you to get a 4” junction box and not the standard 3.5” in most homes. Just save yourself the time and get ahead of that! The fan was easy to put up. After doing it I would only change one thing. I would take out the screws for the blades before getting the fan 15 feet up in the air. You’ll save your shoulders from the burn! The fan pushed a good amount of air and is super quiet! I also appreciate all of the extra parts for multiple installation scenarios. This fan is very pleasing to look at utilizing prime wood for the blades. It was not very difficult to install on our back porch the height and space we had was restricted so we had to modify the drop down tube by cutting it off and redrilling the bolt holes.
