We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back. This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. Good for the price, cushions could be more cushiony but thats an endless scale so no complaints. Assembled relatively quickly and the ideal fold out mechanism where the weight bearing is in no question, cant snap up and convert you into a pancake like a bad spring loaded mechanism or murphy bed. Only think I would say is unless you have already bought million dollar molds make the bed part at least 5'10', because in the west a 5'6" will just not be sufficient, because more often than not your friend or person sleeping over is definitely above that height. Would cost your probably maybe 10-20 extra dollars on the manufacturing and next to nothing on material, would sell it probably significantly more because once you cross that threshold of 5'8" it goes from small sofa kind of a bed to small sofa but a full almost Full size bed.. Such a beautiful and comfy chair! It has a Velcro light strip along the bottom which change colors via a remote. It’s incredible cost and cozy. Two people can comfortably sit in the oversized seat and it’s so nice to be able to stretch your legs out comfortably when watching tv. It came in multiple boxes but was assembled in about 20 minutes. It involved attaching the arms and back and putting the feet on. Easy peasy.
