The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. The bed isnt bad in and of itself but the assembly person they hired was delayed by two days so we decided to put it together ourselves. The directions were terrible, nothing was prefab- even the drawers themselves had to be assembled. Took two grown men 8 hours to put together due to the instructions being so poor. I read reviews and was pretty intimidated when I started building, but everything went well. I had all of the correct parts, and I found the directions clear. I completed the job by myself, which is likely the reason it took 7-8 hrs to assemble. Attention to details is necessary for assembly there are very few words in the pamphlet so the pictures are your path. The delivery however did require two ppl to lift. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. The LED lighting adds a nice modern touch and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room, especially in the evenings. I also love the built-in charging station, which helps keep cords organized and makes charging devices overnight much more convenient. The frame feels sturdy and well-made once assembled, with no squeaking or wobbling. The dark wood finish looks even better in person and gives the room a clean, modern look. I absolutely love this Bed. My daughter sleeps sooo good and she feels soo comfortable. We got her a memory foam mattress and you can get her out. Ive sat on the bed and OMG 10 out of 10!!
