Also, the pad is large , great to use on the back because it covers the a large area. I've tried it both ways. My favorite is dry therapy. It has 3 settings and also you can set it to turn after a certain amount of time. The moist therapy is used with a foam pad provided that you wet and slip into the heating pad sleeve. I don't like it too much but I'm sure that a lot of people would prefer the moistness. Overall I give the product 4 stars because there is room for improvement . Box was somewhat damaged upon delivery, but the item was intact. The carpet has a nive plush feel underfoot, kinda like walking on a muppet. Unfortunately the heated carpet doesn’t heat enough, and it’s inconsistent; some spots warmer than others. A big part of the carpet is not heated, which I think is a waste. I love this blanket it’s so soft and is plenty big enough for my king size bed. It’s soft and white fleece on the turned down side and super soft and pretty on the top side.
