I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. Bought this mattress 2 or so weeks ago for a guest room. 3 people have slept in it since that time, for several nights, and 2 out of 3 people said the next morning that the bed was so comfortable. I had to say I was shocked to hear that from 2 different people. 1 being a total stranger, and another a family friend. Its decent. Support difficult to unroll and cut out of the plastic layers. I have a nic in the fabric now from cutting the plastic off so that's sad. The ended of the mattress lack support, so I think it's best for 1 person or 2 smaller people. If you try to sit right on the edge, it collapsed. Or if you put your entire weight through your hand, etc. I think it's a good budget mattress. Time will tell how long it lasts.. Anik. This mattress is incredibly comfortable! Mine took about 3–4 days to fully inflate, so don’t panic if it doesn’t reach its full size right away. Once it did, it was definitely worth the wait. This mattress arrived packaged well. The intructions for unwrapping were easy to follow. This mattress was very heavy even in a skinny box. I suggest getting a second person to help lift it. I moved it upatairs on my own and it was quite a workout. I suggest unwrapping and unrolling it on the bed. It says to allow it to decompress for a couple of days.
