This panel works perfectly in our guest bathroom. I had a general contractor install it, and he installed it alone in about 30 minutes. The panel has great thickness and covers a good portion of the tub. I imagine there will be a little splash from the shower, but it’s worth it considering how you can see the beautiful tile surround as it is no longer hiding behind a shower curtain. I definitely recommend this panel.. Andi. South Bend, IN. Mon Dec 02 2024

HIGH-QUALITY, TEMPERED GLASS, FRAMELESS GLASS FIXED SHOWER PANEL. The screen is a glass panel mounted to the wall that prevents water from a shower or bathtub from splashing onto the floor. All our shower screens are made of tempered safety glass 3/8" Inch (10 mm) and are delivered with matching hinges. SAFETY GLASS All our doors are made of toughened/tempered glass. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury. ABOUT THE COLOR OF THE GLASS Note: This door is normally made in float glass, float glass is transparent and lets the light pass through without problems but if you look at it from the edge it has a greenish color. Please Notice: Shower Doors SANDBLASTING WILL BE ON THE EXTERIOR SURFACE. The surface that will have the Sandblasted Art will be to the exterior surface, OUTSIDE of the shower. The inside surface of the shower glass will be smooth glass that you can squeeze! The minimalist design, with stainless‑steel clamps and no grooves, simplifies maintenance, while clear instructions and video support ensure hassle‑free installation. Available in widths from 28 to 36 inches and three finishes—Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gold, and Matte Black—ShellyWave lets you create a shower that’s as stylish as it is practical.

The glass panel shower door is so beautiful. I wanted a partition that looks almost invisible and this does just that. I love the curved top. There was a choice of mounting bracket finishes and I chose brushed nickel to match the other hardware. If you’re going to install yourself you definitely need 8 inch diameter professional suction cups for lifting the glass. The box arrived damaged on the bottom but was well protected inside. I would highly recommend this panel. It looks so elegant.. Donna. Plainfield, IL. Wed Oct 14 2026

Welcome to the intersection of SOLID engineering and historic HAUS aesthetics. Inspired by the Bauhaus functionalist legacy of Thuringia, Germany, the SOLIHAUS Fixed Shower Panel redefines modern bathroom architecture by focusing on true structural integrity and minimalist design. Standing at a premium 78-inch height—surpassing the conventional 72-inch industry standard—this frameless walk-in shower screen door promotes excellent splash containment while visually elevating your space. Engineered for real-world bathroom conditions, the high-strength extruded aluminum wall profile features a multi-layer polished chrome finish designed to help resist rust and oxidation. This smart profile also integrates a 3/8" (10mm) built-in width tolerance, allowing for a slight additional width extension to help accommodate slightly out-of-plumb walls for an optimally aligned setup. Safety and low maintenance are at the core of our glass technology. The panel is manufactured from 5/16" (8mm) transparent safety tempered glass, independently tested to comply with strict ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC impact standards. Both interior and exterior surfaces are treated with our proprietary NANO-TECH hydrophobic coating, creating a lotus-effect barrier that helps repel water droplets and soap scum to simplify your routine cleaning. To protect your premium tiles and subfloor waterproofing, our innovative drill-free floor design shifts the structural load to a multi-angle support bar with flexible pivot joints, allowing for straight or diagonal mounting. The base is simply stabilized and sealed using standard silicone sealant along the floor edge, helping to create a reliable water barrier. Delivered with a comprehensive printed installation guide, labeled hardware for easy DIY identification, and backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty on the core glass panel against verified material defects, SOLIHAUS engineers not just premium shower solutions, but enduring peace of mind.

We recently updated to a walk in shower (no more shower doors!) with this lovely Fluted Fixed Glass Panel. Honestly, I thought the piece was somewhat reflective but after talking with a rep from Glass Warehouse, he assured me that it was not. The fluted feature is actually a ripple design on the outside...adds some privacy and gives a cleaner look by hiding water spots. The inside of the glass is perfectly smooth making it easy to squeegee water away. We chose a U Channel for installation which my husband was able to do with the help of a neighbor. This piece is extremely heavy!. Sharon. Hilton Head Island, SC. Wed Jun 09 2021
