We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. It is definitely best to use under a snug countertop between cabinets (we haven't installed our flooring yet, so it doesn't fit snuggly under the countertop yet). This is a very high quality meat ager and as far as functionality goes works well. Appearance is good too. However item did arrive damaged, specifically the metal on the door frame was dented which didnt affect functionality. Reaching out to the company they offered a 20 discount which was nice (although not pertinent to me as this was a gifted product) however if i had planned to install this in my house rather than just have it in my garage i would be rather irritated with that outcome as the visual appeal of the product would be inportant.. BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. I took the chance, so happy I did. I was beyond impressed with the packaging of the beverage fridge. It was easy to unpack even with all the layers of cardboard, wood, metal and Styrofoam. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on. I did it myself as my husband was at work. I slid it into place easily too. It is the exact size it says it is. It cooled down quickly. We use it every day! It's perfect.
