Absolutely beautiful towel bar. The arms swivel around easily, so you can move one towel out of the way and turn another out for the next person using the shower. The arms are capped and smooth on the ends. The black is a perfect match with our bath floor! The marble, while beautiful, could be a bit larger and heavier. Shipment arrived fast. Packaged well. The product came in three pieces. Read instructions first. The baggies with the screw and washer are replacement parts. You will not need to use them. You will need to take apart the bottom from the middle pole. The gasket is already there at the end. I couldn’t find it until I took it apart. You will then need to reposition as in the diagram to complete assembly. Base of product is the perfect weight to avoid tipping over. Overall a great quality product and would recommend.. Michelle.
