I’m actually torn between rating this 3 stars and 4 stars. I went ahead and gave it 3 stars. While it really is a unique design and provides good towel storage, I would say that the quality is average. I was looking for an over the door towel rack for my small guest bathroom and I did not want the kind with hooks. It was very easy to assemble. I did it in minutes. However, I’m not able to use it in my bathroom for the exact reason I bought it - the design. Because the bars protrude out, you’ll need a good amount of clearance to actually open the door, which I didn’t have. (See photos... first two are bathroom; second two are bedroom.). So, I ended up putting it on the door of our guest bedroom. For the price, it just wasn’t worth returning it. Now, it says “steel”. I’m no material expert. But this is very lightweight. Solid design, super easy to assemble, and looks nice. Just like the photo. Only complaint, and it's a small one, is the hooks that go over the door frame are quite large. and had to place some foam padding underneath so they would sit flush to the door.
