This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. This took me about 2 hours to put together with Vanna White-esq help from my 12 year old. Directions are just pictures, so there are a few things I had to go back and fix cus the directions didn’t explain one part should happen first when screwing in pieces in each step. I love this even more in person. The color is brilliant. Swinging on this thing is so relaxing, the cup holders are clutch, and the fact that the back goes down is the icing on the cake. The instructions on the screws were a bit confusing and could have been a little less confusing. Definitely a two person job to put together. The screws are not galvanized so I do worry they will rust. Other than that, the price and the quality is awesome compared to others I’ve seen. This is a nice looking swing, and the cushions and seating are comfortable. It’s a bit too high for short people. I’m 5 ft and my feet don’t reach the ground, and my husband who’s 5’4” just can touch. Also, the side table extension part is plastic, and I’m not sure it will last as long as the swing. The quality of this product is subpar. For spending almost 1k I would expect a little more. Metal that doesn’t crush or bend easily would be a start. The way Wayfair and Purple Leaf has handled delivered broken pieces is also incredibly frustrating. I paid for the Wayfair professional assembly and that didn’t go well, either.
