We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions.
