Product was well packaged. Easy to assemble, about 20 min from unpacking to completion. Instructions could have been more detailed but easy to figure out from photos. The Chairs are comfortable and a good quality for the price. We ordered 3 dozen for a lodge building, replacing stadium style seating as part of a larger remodel effort.
