It is a beautiful table and well made, but the color is a cream. If you are looking for a pure white table, then this one is not for you. It was pretty easy to put together with the chairs taking the longest. There is a distinct line in the table where the leaf is stored. It’s not a total smooth surface. This table is beyond my expectations! The quality is outstanding so I feel that I received all the value and more for the money I spent. My husband and I were able to put it together with no problems. All chairs and the table are solid and very sturdy. The chairs seats are definitely brown. I read on a review that they were a bit pinky, but I don’t see that. The packaging was excellent and there are no unexpected marks on any of the pieces. I would highly recommend this table.. Debbie. The table is a 5 star! Super heavy nice quality! The chairs are nice but not quite as heavy. The table took about an hour for 1 person to assemble so might be easier faster with 2 people. The biggest delay was lining up the screws to attach the top. The table was packaged securely and arrived without flaws. I love the dark color which is brown with a black undertone.
