I like that it came folded, but it is not collapsible. There are 24 screws that need to be installed for the table legs and reinforcing bars and these all need to be removed in order to fold the table for stashing away. The table itself is sturdy and the legs are placed well for chair access at both the sides and ends. The 27 square inch folding table by FurniEdge is a stellar little table! It’s a quick, hassle- free surface to swap between by house and outdoors. There is zero assembly, just remove the table from the box, pop the legs out, and you’re good to go. At slightly less than 12 pounds it’s easy to carry around and is not flimsy at all. The X-shaped steel frame is beefy and boasts a 400 pound weight capacity so you don’t have to worry about overloading it. The top surface is HDPE plastic and looks nice, plus wipes down easily. The base is super stable and the legs have non- stick foot pads th protect your floor..It’s water and UV resistant and folds flat for easy storage behind a couch or for transport in a car. the only downside I noticed was the folding mechanism is very stiff, making it difficult to snap the legs out or fold back down. The table looks great but the instructions were WRONG and I thought I was going crazy for a solid 30 min. Had to ditch the instructions and make sense of where the pieces would go, so hopefully this helps someone else. E and D are reversed (because otherwise the base won’t match up. Make sure the feet of the legs would both touch the ground evenly when you open it and you’ll be on the right track. Included pictures to show C and D together, and how it looks collapsing. I am actually so impressed with this table/bench! We have it on the sidewalk outside our office, and it works so well for our lunch and if someone needs to step out and take a phone call.
