I ordered these chairs for my airbnb and have had them just about a year now. They are super comfy and good quality and have held up well (so far) to usage. There was a minor manufacturing defect on the stitching of one of the chairs, but wayfair gave me a discount on the product since it didn't warrant returning (still functional). Overall, I'd buy these again. I also have been able to get occasional stains/spots out of the fabric - I have the grey padded one so maybe it's less noticeable with those. Adults can sit on it but you have to be really ginger with it and not shift at all while sitting on it or else it feels like the table might buckle. I really don't see how the stated weight capacity can be true, I wouldn't recommend anyone over about 175 pounds MAX sitting on it, and I wouldn't recommend more than two adults sitting on it at once. This husband has back problems and can’t sit on the couch. Our living room is small so we don’t have a lot of space of an extra chair that is firm and sturdy. I purchased this and it works perfectly.
