This couch is very supportive for someone who has lower back issues and is comfortable. It is amazing that there is a queen-sized pullout bed, which is also very comfortable. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. Couldn’t be happier 55. I’m super picky about couches and this one didn’t have any reviews so I was a bit weary. However, it exceeded my expectations. The color is beautiful and fabric is soft. The couch has the perfect amount of give but no so much that it sinks when you sit on it. The padding is thick enough that when you lay it out to use as a bed you don’t feel the ground underneath. Bought this for extra bedroom/office. Wanted something that would accommodate adult guests and hold up to usage by kids, but didn't want the traditional sofabed style with those thin mattresses. I also got a mattress topper to add when being used as a bed for extra comfort and guests commented it was more comfy than their bed at home. The material is casual style and cushion covers can be zipped off for laundering. I paid for Wayfair to assemble because I'm not good at that, so I can't speak to that.
