Eco-friendly with sustainable materials, including natural Tencel pillowcases, they offer both comfort and environmental responsibility.

Edit to add *** Wayfair made this right for me This is an excellent pillow, but definitely has some latex odor which my old pillow of the same brand did not. Not bothersome enough for me I would like the pillow had I been sent what I ordered. I received a standard size pillow not a king. The box was huge so I did not think to check it. It was just unboxed 831 so I guess I’m stuck with it as I ordered it in March. Check on your orders when you receive them so you’re not out 100 like I am.. Judy. Surprise, AZ. Thu Sep 03 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Contour Pillow with Serene Foam for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Here’s my honest take: The contoured shape really does wonders for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my usual morning stiffness. The Serene Foam is pretty impressive - it’s supportive without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock. One thing that really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. I tend to run hot, but this pillow doesn’t trap heat like my old memory foam one did. It’s like it breathes or something. The cover is nice and soft, and being able to toss it in the wash is a big plus. I was a bit skeptical about the whole “Active Air Technology” thing, but I have to admit, it seems to work. It’s not perfect - it took me a couple of nights to get used to the contour shape, and if you’re someone who likes to squish your pillow into different shapes, this isn’t for you. But for me, the neck support and cooling properties make it a keeper. Overall, if you’re dealing with neck pain or you’re a hot sleeper looking for some relief, I’d say give this pillow a shot. It’s been a solid upgrade for my sleep setup.. Marijat1_255554. Tue Nov 26 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow helped my neck pain. The extra support makes sleeping more comfortable now. The reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it had a plastic smell.. Leannacho20_4852. Mon Jan 13 2025

Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I’m still waiting for them to completely blow up but so far they look great. David W. Mon Sep 07 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks influenster for sending me this pillow for free for a review! Pros -Not too hard or too soft - Memory foam is very contouring to my body - It does goes back to its original shape so far - it doesn’t make me hot Cons - I’m use to super soft pillows so it took me a minute to get use to it - It’s best used on its own, not doubled with another pillow. *Overalll I recommend this pillow it’s worth the try*. This is an ergonomic cervical pillow with a unique butterfly design, offering better neck pain relief than traditional pillows. It has armrests, a contour to support the neck, and a central cavity for head alignment. With 2 heights and arm grooves, it suits all sleep postures. Made of high-quality slow-rebound memory foam (firm yet comfortable), it comes with a breathable, removable, washable cotton-polyester double-layer pillowcase, improving sleep quality.

I find this ergo pillow comfortable for back and side sleeping because of the hollowed out areas positioned perfectly for your head and neck. It is uncomfortable if you’re lying on your back reading because if you lower the book or phone that you’re looking at your head has to lean forward to read or you have to keep your head flat into the pillow contour and your arms get so sore holding the book or phone. I am not experiencing any advantage with it being extra cool though.. The Maine Truth. North Carolina. Mon Oct 19 2026

This pillow designed for multiple sleeping positions, providing the ideal support for your neck and shoulders in any sleep position. The cover is also removeable and machine washable for easy care.

When received, it looked flat. But letting it rest for a couple hours it plumped up nicely. How it feels to sleep on it AWESOME! Not to low and not to high, it molds to how I sleep on my stomach. Love this pillow. Patrick. Norfolk, Virginia. Mon May 11 2026

Designed with widened butterfly wings, a recessed central head zone and two chic two-tone colorways, this ergonomic sleep pillow features cool removable ice silk pillowcases and responsive quick-rebound memory foam to ease neck pain, reduce shoulder pressure and match modern minimalist & cream home decor.

This is a nice pillow where your head melts into the pillow. It’s that nice dense memory foam but also soft enough that it’s slightly fluffy. I do with it was a little thicker, as it has a short profile. I think I would like it but it wasn’t fluffy enough for my teenager. Corinne. Hartland, ME. Sat Oct 17 2026
