This pillow has been a life saver. Every morning I would wake up with a stiff neck that radiated to my shoulders. I felt the constant need to crack my neck, and dealt with headaches almost daily. Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape.
