I took a chance and bought “open box” inground pool safety cover. The item I received was perfectly packed and has all listed items needed for installation including instructions! We decided to not remove the hand railing which we would have had to cut. It does the job providing shade. We use two in a 30’ round pool. Nice to not bake in the sun. Stays put on fairly breezy days. My concern is every velcro tab that hold the top to the gazebo frame, has a hole in each corner, where it’s sewn to the fabric. I don’t know how long that will hold up.
