My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. I am very impressed with customer service and completely satisfied even with the product its self having a little fault.. Joshua. Fall River, MA. Mon Sep 14 2026

The fan looks great and has enough settings that it’s easy to find one that is right for the temperature of the room. It’s really fun to watch it spin- almost like an art piece. My only complaint is that the light is pretty dim. It’s nice to be able to change the settings from soft to very bright white but I’ll have to get more desk lamps to make up for the poor lighting.. Great little fan. We have it in a kids room and the kids love to watch the changing colors. Easy installation and powerful fan.
