We had one piece that wasnt threaded on both ends like it shouldve been. We called the Customer Service number, but the person we finally talked to ended up asking us about our home security system. We spray painted metal towers and covered shelves with white wood grain contact paper to lighten up this dark set. Quite easy to put together with two people with half stands propped on ottoman. Did put together top and bottom with holes facing wrong way and had to remove and flip one bottom tower so that joining screws found holes. Very wobbly and definitely anchored to wall on either side. Note, this took quite some time for my spouse and I to put together and in the future I'd just hired Taskrabbit for 50 bucks to do it. This wall mounted closet was just what we needed to hang up all of our clothes. It was super simple to put it together with the poles just needing to be inserted into each other and stood up to be drilled into the wall once it was all in one piece. I will note that you will need at least two people to put it together so that it can be held up. It holds all of our clothes perfectly and the shelves in the middle are great for storing folded clothes like pants or any extra bins. Love these shelves! They make a wonderful counterpoint to my French country laundry room.
