This review is just for aesthetics as I can’t speak to longevity. I think the lamp looks exactly as pictured. The wood-look metal and shade can fit a few different types of styles. My home has more of a bohemian mid century decor, and this fits fine. My only complaints are that the shade has a strange smell and because it’s so dark, this lamp doesn’t omit a ton of light. You get a lot of light from the top of the shade, but you don’t get a ton of light from the bottom. I like how when it’s lit, you don’t get light peaking through the weaving of the rattan. I use a smart bulb and adjust the lighting and still find it to be a little dark, so if you are trying to get more light in your room, you may want to find a lamp with a white shade or a cone shape to cast the light downward.. I have received the floor lamp shipment; however, upon beginning the assembly process, I discovered that the tri-leg component required for the top assembly is missing. Had I been aware of this omission, I would have deferred the assembly process. Furthermore, the top section arrived damaged, and one of the legs is bent. As this item was purchased as new rather than an open-box unit, it is disappointing to receive a damaged product in its original packaging. Despite these issues, I am quite pleased with the design of the lamp and the functionality of the controller. Im update on my purchase: After I reported issue with this product, I have been in contact with Sara G., who provided excellent service and offered a replacement for this floor lamp. Consequently, I am awarding this product five stars in recognition of Wayfair’s outstanding support team.. Elham. Maryland. Tue Sep 22 2026
