The Grater rotary does fine medium or coarse thickness. It’s your choice since this grater comes with three interchangeable blades to grate cheese to your liking. Just put cheese or nuts or chocolate or in the small container press down the cover and turn the crank. Use it directly at the table for freshly grated cheese or fill a bowl first.
