Love this wall planter and glad I ordered the larger one. There is enough soil surrounding the plants so they stay hydrated for 48hrs after watering. This planter was purchased to be the new home for a spider plant which has lived with us for the past 38 years. The plant is huge and needed just exactly the larger space and volume that this gem offers. The planter is very strong, made if light weight and appearance materials and hangs quite majestically without being overbearing.
