A couple pieces were damaged and we contacted Wayfair and they sent us replacement parts within a few days! I appreciate their customer service. The whole thing feels sturdy and should last us for years to come. I picked this one because of the fireplace not only is it beautiful when it’s on but it’s also beautiful when it’s off. Having never ordered from Wayfair before, I was a bit hesitant, especially since I was ordering an open box. The price was too good to pass up. I bit the bullet and took a chance. I worried unnecessarily though. It was a great experience. Good communication, quick shipping and was delivered earlier than expected. Item works perfectly. There’s all sorts of options for fire color. You can use the rocks too but I like the look of being a real fire. Would definitely recommend this fireplace and the company.. Anonymous. I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. I had to really zoom in so you can see them. From standing height you cannot see the switch and you cannot see the blacked out controls on the face of the fireplace. This makes the modern black aesthetic stand out and remain clean and uninterrupted. I really appreciated this eye to detail.. Siv. Helena, MT. Mon Apr 13 2026
