I was very surprised how well this went together, everything was fairly easy and smooth until I got to installing the door hinges. I figured it out though and it looks great. I really like the fire feature, I was afraid it would look fake and tacky but it doesn’t at all. It has a very nice glow and I can’t wait to turn it on during the winter and create some nice ambience in the house. It was a little more expensive than I think it should be, but I’m not disappointed with the product.. Misty Rhoads - City Manager's. Redding, CA. Sat Aug 08 2026

Perfectly sized for apartments, condos, and cozy family rooms, this electric fireplace offers a slim, space-saving footprint without sacrificing style or function. Available in two compact dimensions—42"W x 14"D x 40"H and 46"W x 12"D x 40"H—it provides generous mantel display space while fitting effortlessly into smaller layouts. Assembly is refreshingly simple thanks to the two-box packaging, which separates the mantel shelf and fireplace insert for easier handling and protection during transit. The timeless design features refined louvers and a simulated snow-white marble vein effect, giving the unit a curated, built-in look that complements farmhouse, traditional, and contemporary decors. Choose from a white or cherry finish to match your space. On the functional side, the 1,400W / 4,777 BTU fan-forced heater delivers quiet supplemental warmth for areas up to 400 square feet, with an adjustable thermostat from 62°F to 82°F. The flame effect can be enjoyed with or without heat year-round, and a programmable timer (30 minutes to 6 hours) plus three flame brightness levels let you customize the ambiance. Control is easy with the included multifunctional remote or intuitive touch buttons on the unit. Built-in overheat protection adds peace of mind for households with children or pets, so you can relax and enjoy the realistic logs and dancing flames in complete comfort.

I ordered this and assembled it for a family member. The mantel needs to be assembled and it took about an hour. All you really need is a screwdriver. The material was a decent quality and it fit together well. Even the faux stone surround, which I thought could look cheesy, looks good. Mounting the electric insert was probably the most "challenging" and that only took a handful of screws. Overall the recipient was very pleased with it. The built-in heater works well for a small room space. We like that it has a timer so you can "set and forget" it, especially if one has a habit of falling a sleep in their living room chair. We gifted the recipient a small stand-alone speaker that makes a variety of fire crackling sounds. While no one would mistake these for real fireplaces, they are much safer, cleaner, and can still create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.. Brian. NJ. Mon Oct 12 2026

This TV stand with an included electric fireplace brings modern farmhouse charm and cozy warmth straight to your space. It's crafted from engineered wood and features two rustic barn doors with textured woodgrain details across the front. The electric insert showcases realistic log displays to set a soothing mood anytime. Plus, it includes an adjustable flame setting and temperature controls so you can easily customize your comfort level.

I’m really pleased with this purchase! Pretty and sturdy piece. Not white white- more off white but not cream. Arrived with no damages. Don’t be discouraged about the other assembly reviews. If you have 2 people it should take about 1.5 hours just go slow- the directions are easy to follow. The blower with heat has a low and high setting. Don’t expect it to be super powerful - just enough to take the chill out of the room. We love it! Way to go Wayfair.. Tara. Huntersville, NC. Sun Sep 27 2026

Once you get it assembled, it’s a very pretty piece. But do allow multiple days for assembly and take your time. The bookshelves get assembled first, then the mantel. We are enjoying our new faux fireplace. It was easy to assemble and adds to our space. Initially the heating component of it gave off an odor, but once that burned off (with open windows), we haven't noticed a smell. The heater takes the chill off in the morning. Nice to have an anti tip kit for safety. The mantel was heavier than expected, which was great to see. Comes in two heavy boxes.. Ashley. Hampton, NH. Sun Oct 18 2026

Love! Love! Love! Beautiful fireplace. Looks like real brick & everyone thinks that it is. It is on the small side, but oh so pretty. Gives off good heat & there are a few different flame settings. This is a lovely piece of furniture with two tall bookcases and a mantel unit for the separate electric fireplace. It came in 4 heavy boxes with the fireplace in the fifth the next day. It was carefully packed to avoid damage. Most pieces are wood. The crown molding trim is MDF. It took several days to put together, but the directions were clear and easy to follow with cautions about not using the wrong length of peg where appropriate, for example. We appreciated the way the instructions were presented clearly with diagrams. We had to get help from some strong neighbors to stand it up after we had it all assembled. Most pieces fit perfectly and it was well engineered, but we had to drill a new hole for a screw in a couple places, especially on the crown molding at the top of the fireplace to get the corners to come together together perfectly. The shelves are sturdy and will hold our books and decorative items easily. The backing is a little loose in the support grooves, but we used some tape on the back to hold it in place a little more solidly after assembling it. The fireplace fit the opening well on the sides but was a little short at the top, allowing you to see the wall behind so we used a shelf board we had under the fireplace unit to raise it slightly. The “fire” has several color variations. It comes on automatically at the one we chose when it is turned on. It gives off some pleasant warmth. We have had many compliments on this fireplace and shelf unit. Overall, we are quite satisfied with it.. C E. Utah. Thu Oct 08 2026
