This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. Overall a beautiful piece of furniture that I would recommend.. Leah. FL. Wed Aug 02 2023

This has been one of the best couches I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned this couch since 2023 and it came ready and easy to assemble. It’s lasted through my friends and I being in an early 20s and can hold so many people for a great movie night or just for friendly conversation. I truly recommend this couch if you have a lot of friends or a large family and it can fit into smaller spaces or larger spaces. It is easy to reassemble through each move and I’ve moved three times and it’s held up perfectly.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 30 2026

Great sofa. I did have a hard time putting it together there were no instructions and finding the seats that go together was difficult. Other than that it is a very comfortable sofa. Just needs instructions. Melissa A. Corpus Christi Tx. Thu May 29 2025

With unlimited possible options, this sectional features superior linen upholstery, cushion back, and seat cushion. This sectional is completely modular so you can create the living room for your comfort needs.

Beautiful at first. We loved everything about this when we purchased. Within 2 months the couch material bubbled, became loose and the couch cushions are not holding up. The decorative pillow material looks terrible. So far 3 of the seat cushions are wrecked. It is in terrible condition for only a few months of gentle. We purchased additional insurance and were told it was a manufacturing problem. Both Wayfair and Allstate did not help. We spent a lot of money on this sectional and Wayfair is not helping to resolve. Our 5 year insurance is not resolving the matter either. DO NOT PURCHASE. Your warranty and insurance coverage not helpful. No one able to help us.. Chris. Winnipeg, MB. Sat May 18 2024

I bought the cherry color- and love it. Perfect size and very comfortable. Update still love it but hard to get pet hair (short haired dog) off even with vacuum and lint roller. I would not chose this material again- although I love the color!. Kelly Wallace. US. Wed Sep 09 2026

Absolutely stunning. I got the Grey Ainsley couch. This current view doesnt show the additional piece of the couch (I have that piece in the downstairs living room). This couch is sensational! The cushions are deep and comfortable, they are super super thick and have a good firmness, so hopefully the couch ages well. Best part, the bottom cushions have a removable slipcover so it can be washed! The back cushions are filled with loose fill, so removing the covers aren’t feasible. The extra deep seating allows for a comfortable sitting and lounging experience. I searched for months for the perfect couch and I finally found it!. Nia. Baltimore, MD. Wed Oct 30 2024

I LOVE it. The price is right the color is gorgeous. It has snap in place connectors already assembled but they can be turned underneath and be hidden if you want to keep your pieces separate and rearrange as you please. Keep in mind the back is extremely low and the pillows provided don’t actually cover the entirety of the couch back. I’m ok with that in my photo I added 2 pillows and will be getting more. Sleek clean lines. Well made. It was delivered into the room of my choosing but keep in mind it comes in boxes that you have to unwrap yourself. But a box cutter will help you do the trick quickly. Each piece individually is not heavy. Hope this helps! (Bottle of Pepsi for reference of how low the back is.). Amanda. Deptford Nj. Mon Feb 03 2025
