It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. Our only complaint is the seat sits too high in conjunction with the arms. This makes the arms totally useless. If I had noticed this in the photos on Wayfair, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions.
