This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.. Don Barbour. Tisdale. Wed Aug 05 2026

This rocking recliner brings relaxed comfort to everyday lounging. Its plush, overstuffed silhouette and generous proportions invite you to kick back, while deep cushions, a tall back, and padded arms create supportive seating for reading, relaxing, or watching TV. Soft polyester and chenille upholstery add a smooth feel, and the manual side handle makes it simple to raise the adjustable footrest. When you are not reclining, the rocker base offers a gentle, smooth motion for unwinding. Plus, the position lock lets the leg rest stay at multiple levels for personalized support.

Love it! I’m glad I read the review that said she was glad that she also read reviews about the BEIGE really looking like GRAY in person. I wanted gray to match my other gray recliner and it is perfect! My husband loves his new BIG recliner. He is 6’4” and made my recliner look like a toy if he ever sat in it. But I wanted a little one. So we each have what we wanted!. Kelly. Spotsylvania, VA. Sat May 09 2026

NOT BROWN: I absolutely love this recliner, but....the color is NOT brown. I was looking for a brown or potentially dark brown color and it's very difficult to tell actual color from the product photos. However, the product description says 'brown' so I figured it was. That said, this is khaki/cream...a very light color. In some lights it actually looks gray. Thankfully it works with our decor so we're keeping it. The quality, functionality and comfort is amazing! I am giving 3 stars ONLY because the product description color is wrong, which might be a deal breaker for you. Outside of that, you'll love this thing!. William Gieler. Flowery Branch, GA.
