The chair itself is extremely comfortable. Unlike other ergonomic chairs, the design and color are absolutely perfect. It offers plenty of features and adjustments, making it easy to dial in the perfect posture. However, whether the factory was backed up at the time or I was just unlucky, the first unit arrived with quite a few scratches, so I had to get a replacement. The chair felt very comfortable and the lumbar support is helping my back to not get so stiff after sitting down for sometime. The color is a bit darker orange than the pictures but it's not that much off. the only thing that I am missing or haven't found yet is how to make the back stay in one position rather than leaning back and forth. Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture.
