I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of these chairs. I ordered them because the product photos clearly show a rich cognac, or burnt orange velvet finish. The warm color and luxurious velvet texture shown on the website were the primary reasons I chose these chairs. Unfortunately, the chairs I received look nothing like the listing. The color is completely different. It is not the warm cognac or burnt orange shown in the photos, and the fabric does not appear to be velvet as advertised. The overall appearance is much lower in quality than what was represented online. I have taken side-by-side photos comparing the product listing with the actual chairs I received, and the difference is obvious. This is not a lighting or camera issue. The photos were taken with a current-generation smartphone camera, and they accurately reflect the true color and texture of the chairs. I feel that the product listing is misleading because the item I received does not match the advertised images. If I had known the chairs would look like this, I would not have purchased them. I would appreciate Wayfair reviewing this issue and providing an appropriate resolution.
